Nausea and vomiting are the symptoms of different diseases. Sometimes they can be associated with stomach cramps or discomfort. It can be caused due to various causes like reflux, morning sickness in pregnancy, motion sickness, gastritis, stress, food poisoning or induced by chemotherapy. Sensation of nausea and throwing up both makes us feel worse. Here are few home remedies that will help in nausea and vomiting. Salt & Sugar mixture - In a glass of water, mix 1 tablespoon sugar and a pinch of salt and drink in small sips. This will help to prevent electrolyte imbalance. Do this once every hour. Cook rice in an open vessel by adding more quantity of water (For ½ cup rice, add 1½ cups water). When rice is cooked, strain it and the starchy liquid can be taken mixed with salt. Cinnamon & cardamom tea can be taken 2 – 3 times a day. In a cup of boiling water, add 1 inch piece of cinnamon stick or ½ tsp cinnamon powder and 3 to 4 cardamom seeds and remove from fire. Let i
